BIOGRAPHY

I am a musician. My instrument of choice is the Piano. I have done some things in my career I am proud of and some I am not. None of them do I regret. I don't believe my triumphs or successes can be measured by who I have played with or how many records have been sold. But for the purposes of clarity I will name some artists I have worked with who have been very much a part of my journey as a musician. Melba Moore, Kirk Whalum, Tramaine Hawkins, Taylor Dayne, Stephanie Mills, Ray Chew, Bilal, BeBe Winans, The Drifters, Gwen Dickey's Rose Royce. Loose Ends, Mica Paris, Omar Lyefook, Don-E, John Legend, The London Community Gospel Choir, CK Gospel Choir and The Commitments, to name a few. What I have learnt from them is incalculable. I've played on many albums and venues for various artists around Europe and beyond.

I hold a Bachelor of Music degree from William Paterson University but I am still a student of music and my fascination for different genres and disciplines never wavers.

"Abraham has worked with me

Gwen Dickey, the original lead

singer of the group Rose Royce,

for 7 years. He is an amazing keyboard player and has a very good work ethic.

He is also a great person and a joy to work with.

Anyone who books this man

won't be disappointed in choosing

him."

"Abraham Hampton has worked with me at Blackheath Halls for many years but his talent never ceases to amaze me. He takes songs and turns them into fabulous and sophisticated music. He really understands this business of music and is very effective in capturing your thought process and producing effective content. Not only do you get a professional service, but a personal approach as well, which is very valuable to any and everyone."
